About the Opportunity

CircuitNotion is looking for dedicated individuals to help digitize our collection of physical books. This is a flexible freelance opportunity where you'll be responsible for converting physical books into high-quality digital softcopies. Perfect for students, professionals, or anyone looking for additional income with flexible working hours.

What You'll Do

• •Collect physical books from our office location
• •Accurately type/convert book content into digital format
• •Maintain original formatting, structure, and layout when possible
• •Ensure high accuracy and quality in all digital conversions
• •Deliver completed softcopies in agreed formats (PDF, Word, etc.)

Requirements

• ✓Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar software
• ✓Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
• ✓Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• ✓Strong command of English and/or French language
• ✓Located in or near Kigali for book collection
