CircuitNotion is a Rwanda-based AI company founded in 2024 in Kigali. Our mission is to put artificial intelligence at everyone's fingertips: as simple and easy as possible, with no unnecessary constraints. Our primary AI product is Incuti AI.

You can pay in RWF with Mobile Money instead of needing an international card, or by card from abroad, you buy credits rather than a subscription, and unspent credits stay in your wallet. One key also routes to Incuti AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek and Moonshot, so you are not integrating each provider separately.

CircuitNotion is based in Kigali, Rwanda, and the API is reachable anywhere. In Rwanda you top up with MTN or Airtel Mobile Money. From anywhere else you pay by card, billed in Rwandan Francs or in US dollars, whichever you choose at checkout.

Our headquarters is located at Nova Village, Kanombe, KK105 St in Kigali, Rwanda. This is our main hub for AI research, development, and platform operations.

Incuti AI is our own model family, capable in Kinyarwanda, English, and French, and reached through the same API and the same credit balance as every other model in the catalog. Its capabilities vary by language, task, and input, so evaluate it for your specific use case.

Language support varies by product. Incuti AI currently focuses on Kinyarwanda, English, and French. Contact us before relying on another language for a production use case.

Accuracy varies by model, language, dataset, and task. We recommend testing each product with representative data from your use case rather than relying on a single general accuracy figure.

We provide HTTP APIs, documentation, and sample code. Integration time and compatible client libraries depend on your stack, the endpoint, and your use case.

Requirements vary by service. Web products need a supported browser and internet connection; APIs need an HTTP-capable client and valid credentials. Contact us about other deployment requirements.

The API is pay-as-you-go. You top up a credit wallet in RWF and each request draws down the balance at the model’s published rate, plus a flat 15% platform and routing fee. There is no monthly plan and no seat pricing. Consulting engagements are quoted separately.

You top up your wallet on the Developer Platform with MTN or Airtel Mobile Money, or a card. You do not need an international card or a foreign billing address. Paying from outside Rwanda, you choose whether your card is billed in Rwandan Francs or in US dollars at the day’s rate, and your bank may add its own foreign-exchange fee. Balances are always held in RWF.

No. Credits stay in your wallet until you spend them, so a quiet month costs you nothing. When the balance reaches zero the API returns HTTP 402 until you top up again, rather than charging an overage.

No. There is no plan to choose and nothing to cancel. You buy credits when you want them and spend them at the published per-model rate, so you are never paying for capacity you did not use.
