Pricing
CircuitNotion is not a subscription. You fund a wallet in Rwandan Francs, spend it request by request across every model we route to, and what you do not use stays yours.

02
Every request draws down the balance at the rate published for the model, plus a flat 15% platform and routing fee.
03
Whatever you have not spent stays in the wallet. At zero the API returns HTTP 402 instead of charging an overage.
What a request costs
Per-model rates move when providers move theirs, so they are published where they can stay current rather than copied onto a marketing page.
Your key can also read the catalog directly, so an application can check what it is about to be charged for before it calls:
GET https://api.circuitnotion.com/v1/modelsUsage and remaining balance are visible on the Developer Platform as you spend, and consulting engagements are quoted separately from API credits.
Payment
Top-ups are in Rwandan Francs through the rails that work here — no international card and no foreign billing address.
MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or a card if you prefer one. Balances are held in RWF.
Payments run through DPO Pay. We never see or store your Mobile Money PIN or card number.
The same balance and key reach Incuti AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek and Moonshot — not one account per provider.
Credits between people
A balance is not locked to the person who bought it.
Share your referral pay link. When someone tops up through it, 10% of what they buy lands on your balance.
Get your linkSend credits to another developer with their CNU-… payment ID — useful for funding a student, a teammate or a hackathon.
FAQ
What people ask before they put money on a balance.
Each request is charged at the rate published for the model you called, plus a flat 15% platform and routing fee. Rates differ per model and change as providers change theirs, so the current numbers live in Pricing & credits on the Developer Platform and in the live model catalog rather than on this page.
No. There is no plan to choose, no seat to pay for and no minimum spend. You buy credits when you want them and the API draws on that balance as you use it.
No. Credits stay in your wallet until you spend them, so a quiet month costs you nothing and an unused balance is not written off at the end of a billing cycle.
Yes. Top-ups go through MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or a card, in Rwandan Francs, processed by DPO Pay. You do not need a foreign card or a foreign billing address.
The API returns HTTP 402 and declines the request. Nothing is charged as an overage and no invoice arrives later — you top up when you decide to.
Yes. The same wallet and the same API key reach CircuitNotion’s own models and the OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek and Moonshot models we route to, so you are not funding an account per provider.
Separately. Training, data work and custom builds are quoted per engagement — API credits cover API usage only.
