About the Opportunity
CircuitNotion is looking for dedicated individuals to help digitize our collection of physical books. This is a flexible freelance opportunity where you'll be responsible for converting physical books into high-quality digital softcopies. Perfect for students, professionals, or anyone looking for additional income with flexible working hours.
What You'll Do
- Collect physical books from our office location
- Accurately type/convert book content into digital format
- Maintain original formatting, structure, and layout when possible
- Ensure high accuracy and quality in all digital conversions
- Deliver completed softcopies in agreed formats (PDF, Word, etc.)
Requirements
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar software
- Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong command of English and/or French language
- Located in or near Kigali for book collection
