By accessing or using CircuitNotion's services, including our website, APIs, tools, and AI models (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Access to our APIs is subject to rate limits and usage quotas. We reserve the right to modify these limits and to suspend access for users who exceed reasonable usage patterns or violate these Terms.

CircuitNotion retains all rights, title, and interest in our Services, including our AI models, algorithms, software, and related intellectual property.
You retain ownership of content you provide to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the requested services.
Content generated by our AI models based on your inputs is provided to you under a limited license. You may use such content in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including Rwanda's Data Protection and Privacy Law and international standards where applicable.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may suspend or modify Services for maintenance or improvement.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or biases. Users should verify important information independently and use AI outputs responsibly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircuitNotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
For international users, we will work to resolve disputes amicably and in accordance with internationally recognized dispute resolution mechanisms where appropriate.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our Services. Your continued use of our Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
