Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@circuitnotion.com with the subject: Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your account identifier (email address and/or phone number used with our service).
3. If relevant, include your WhatsApp phone number and workspace/project name to help us identify records accurately.

What we delete

• Profile and account data linked to your identifier
• Application usage records associated with your account
• WhatsApp-related integration data tied to your account, where applicable

Processing timeline

We acknowledge requests within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain records for security, fraud prevention, or compliance.
